Seasonal contracts for condo and townhouse corporations, covering visitor parking, internal roads, building entrances and walkways. Clearing is planned around residents' morning commutes, with timestamped photo records for your board and property manager.
Crews are dispatched around the clock once accumulation reaches 5 cm, including overnight and on holidays. Fire routes, entrances and accessible parking are cleared first. Snow relocation and off-site hauling are available as an additional service when on-site storage runs out.
Walk crews clear and salt entrances, ramps, stairs and adjacent municipal sidewalks. Every visit is recorded with timestamped photos for your records. Pre-storm anti-icing is available as an optional add-on for high-traffic sites.

Fixed Seasonal Contract (November to April 30)
One price, agreed before the first snowfall and billed in equal monthly instalments. Your contract covers plowing and salting every time accumulation reaches 5 cm, so a heavy winter never brings a surprise invoice. It's the easiest way to lock in your snow budget for the year.
Need something different? Per-push and hybrid contracts are available on request. Lot-open times, arrival windows, and salting levels can be written into your contract around how your property actually operates.
